Job Summary

We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager with exceptional Business closing skills to lead our franchise sales process. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling qualified leads, overcoming objections, negotiating effectively, and consistently converting prospects into successful business deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and convert franchise sales leads into successful closures.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new franchise partners.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development,



or Franchise Sales.
- Excellent closing and negotiation skills are mandatory.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
- Solid communication and persuasion skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Ability to handle objections and convert leads into customers.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in client interactions.

Preferred Skills

- High-ticket sales experience.
- Franchise, real estate, financial services, or business consulting sales experience.
- CRM knowledge and sales pipeline management.
