They perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot malfunctions (wiring, motors, compressors), and ensure systems meet safety codes. Key skills include technical expertise with tools, blueprints, and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

- AC Technician Duties: Installing, cleaning, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems (chilled water, DX, HVAC), replacing components like compressors, capacitors, and thermostats, and addressing refrigerant leaks.
- Maintenance Electrician Duties: Inspecting, repairing, and troubleshooting electrical wiring, fixtures, lighting, and power distribution systems using tools like voltmeters and ammeters.
- Preventative Maintenance:



Performing routine checks on HVAC and electrical systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure efficiency.
- Diagnostic & Repairs: Identifying electrical and mechanical faults in AC units and electrical systems, and performing necessary repairs.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensuring all work complies with electrical codes, safety regulations, and building standards.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of service calls, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
