Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience to support various human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance management, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Manage employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Track employee attendance, leave records, and HR reports.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
- Assist in payroll inputs and employee data management.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters,



and other HR-related documents.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
- Knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidential employee information.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Knowledge of attendance and leave management.
- Familiarity with payroll support activities.
- Understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
