Position Summary

PULMONIC A MULTISPECIALTY HOSPITAL is looking for a dedicated and responsible Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to provide quality patient care, manage emergency cases, and support consultants in ensuring effective clinical services.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess, examine, and monitor admitted patients.
- Attend medical emergencies and provide immediate treatment as per hospital protocols.
- Assist consultants during rounds, procedures, and patient management.
- Maintain accurate patient records, case sheets, and medical documentation.
- Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments to ensure smooth patient care.
- Prescribe medications and treatment within the scope of hospital policies.
- Monitor patients' progress and promptly report any critical changes to consultants.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, NABH guidelines (if applicable), and ethical medical practices.




- Educate patients and their attendants regarding treatment plans and follow-up care.
- Perform any other clinical duties assigned by the Medical Superintendent or Hospital Management.

Eligibility

- Qualification: MBBS (Mandatory)
- Registration: Valid State Medical Council/NMC Registration.
- Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with valid registration may also apply).

- Ability to handle emergency and critical care situations.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.

Salary
