Sales and On-field Researcher

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze market, consumer, and competitor data.
- Generate leads through direct outreach, networking, and field interactions.
- Conduct surveys to understand customer preferences.
- Use modern and traditional methods for data collection and analysis.
- Provide actionable recommendations and share insights with teams.
- Conduct on-field research, connect with potential customers, and ensure accurate data handling.
- Submit daily reports to the manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: HSC pass
- Effective communication and convincing skills
- Willingness to travel locally (Mumbai and Navi Mumbai )
- Proficiency in Marathi and Hindi; basic English for reporting or writing.
