Job Title: Accountant

Key Responsibilities

- Record and maintain daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Manage purchase, sales, receipt, payment, journal, and contra entries.
- Prepare and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.
- Verify supplier invoices and coordinate vendor payments.
- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Maintain petty cash and prepare petty cash statements.
- Prepare GST working statements and support timely filing of GST returns.
- Calculate TDS and assist in filing TDS returns within statutory deadlines.
- Maintain proper records of input and output GST.
- Assist in preparing profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash-flow reports.
- Support monthly, quarterly,



and annual account closing activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- B.Com, M.Com, or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in handling accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
