- Greet and serve guests courteously.
- Take and deliver food & beverage orders accurately.
- Set up and explicit tables efficiently.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in service areas.
- Handle billing and payments correctly.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth service.
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols strictly.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience.
- Attend team briefings and follow shift duties.
- Assist in stock checks and reporting shortages.
