Job Summary

We are seeking a Planning Engineer to manage project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting for high-rise residential and commercial projects. The role involves tracking project progress, coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring procurement timelines, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare project schedules, WBS, and milestone plans using Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Monitor project progress, identify delays, and prepare recovery plans.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS, progress, and delay reports.
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Contracts, Costing, and Site Execution teams.
- Track procurement schedules and ensure timely material availability.
- Conduct planned vs actual progress analysis and monitor critical activities.
- Prepare cash flow projections, resource planning,



and project dashboards.
- Present project status updates and critical reports to management.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 5–8 years of experience in Project Planning within Real Estate / Construction projects

Preferred Profile

- Experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing, budgeting, and project controls
- Excellent analytical, coordination, and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per month
