Job Title: Facility Incharge (Campus Manager)

Location: All Branches

Experience: 3 – 5 Years (Campus / Institutional Facility Management)

Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil preferred)

Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Facility Incharge (Campus Manager) to oversee the end-to-end management of technical and soft services at our campus. The ideal candidate will ensure that all facilities, infrastructure, and services function efficiently, safely, and in alignment with institutional standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Services:

-
Supervise and ensure smooth functioning of all MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).

-
Oversee maintenance of AC units, UPS, DG sets, RO water plants, and other utility systems.

-
Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and infrastructure.

Manage civil maintenance, carpentry, and minor repair works across the campus.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for technical services and AMC compliance.

2. Soft Services:

Manage Housekeeping, Security, Landscaping, Transport, and Waste/Scrap Management operations.

Oversee material movement and inventory control within the campus.

Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and security protocols.

Supervise and guide internal staff and external vendors for quality service delivery.

3. Event & Logistics Management:

Plan and manage campus events, functions, and official programs, ensuring seamless logistics.

Coordinate with multiple departments for venue setup, technical arrangements, and manpower support.

Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile:

Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil preferred).

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in campus or institutional facility management.

Robust leadership and people management skills with the ability to handle cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
