- Audit & Oversee daily nursing care, adherence to hospital standards & implement corrective actions to ensure an extremely high level of Patient care
- Compliance with infection control, patient safety norms (e.g., NABH standards)
- Assist in allocating and rotating nursing personnel to maintain adequate staffing.
- Supervise, guide, conduct trainings and mentor nursing staff.
- Improve workflow efficiencies between Nurses, Doctors, Lab, Pharmcacy, OT & other clinical team
- Ensure TATs are adhered & monitored to enhance patient experience and outcome
- Ensure proper communication between Consultants, RMOs, Nurses, Other clinical staff.
- Adhere & Monitor various Nursing indicators.
- Support Auditing & Reporting in form of proper KPIs, SOPs, Workflows, Checklists, etc
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to handle Patient Grievance & Nursing Grievance
- Create work groups and leadership committees that are designed to improve patient care and enhance relationships with providers.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
