- Overall 10+years of experience as a project manager in software development.
- Excellent delivery management skills and ability to execute multiple projects. Most of the projects would be delivered in agile manners should have good hold on agile.
- Should have complete SDLC cycle management and Product Development experience.
- Should have prior experience of software development using Java, J2ee, SQL, XML, web services, application servers and Oracle database
- Work closely with customer and ensure deliveries are made per customer business needs and ensure high client satisfaction through delivery and various values adds.
- Represent portfolio internally to management in weekly and monthly reviews.
- Participate in Weekly/Bi-Weekly tag-up calls with application stake holders.
- Involve in understanding complex business problems, evaluate, recommend, and deliver technical solutions to both business and systematic issues.
- Participate in Design, Requirement, and project planning.
- Ability to think out of the box while engineering the project schedule and risk management.
- High tolerance for change, especially while working within tight timelines.
- Personal commitment and accountability to ensure standards are continuously sustained and improved both within the internal teams, and with partner organizations and suppliers.




- Participate in internal Quality Audits/PMR and support Client Audits.
- Excellent communications skills with both offshore and onshore resources
- Strong project management discipline with an eye for Identifying process improvement are as Take ownership of Pnl (Profit and loss), WON and Time sheet setup along with PMO.
- Drive project, portfolio, account and organization level initiatives.
- Work force plan, on boarding, resource induction, off boarding.
- Drive organization and customer level compliance.
