The Store Supervisor is responsible for managing daily store and warehouse operations, ensuring proper receipt, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of materials. The role involves supervising store staff, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily warehouse and store operations.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Ensure proper storage of materials to prevent damage and facilitate easy retrieval.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Coordinate timely issuance and dispatch of materials to production, customers, or other departments.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory to management.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly inventory and store performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and housekeeping standards within the warehouse.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate store personnel to improve productivity and performance.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, production, and transport teams for smooth material flow.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure proper documentation for all inventory transactions, including GRNs, delivery notes, and stock transfers.
- Experience in Electronic background (any electronic shops).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
