Position Details

Position: Project Manager – Civil Construction

Location: Project Sites Across Kerala (Head Office: Malappuram)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 6–12 Years in Civil Building Construction

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering

Language Requirement: Fluent Malayalam (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹70,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and competency)

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage multiple civil construction projects from mobilization through final handover.
- Prepare and monitor project execution plans, schedules, manpower deployment, equipment utilization, and resource allocation.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, within budget, on schedule, and in accordance with contract requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, government authorities, subcontractors, and internal departments.
- Review project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to minimize delays.
- Monitor construction quality through regular inspections, testing, and compliance with specifications and company standards.
- Oversee project billing, quantity verification, BOQ compliance, subcontractor coordination, and documentation.
- Collaborate with Procurement and Accounts to ensure timely material procurement, vendor coordination, and cost monitoring.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate Site Engineers and project teams to improve productivity and performance.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and submit accurate progress reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements throughout project execution.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6–12 years of experience in civil building construction, with at least 3 years in a project management or senior site leadership role.
- Experience managing Government, Institutional, Healthcare,



Commercial, or Residential building projects.
- Strong knowledge of RCC construction, finishing works, project planning, execution, billing, quality assurance, and safety management.
- Ability to manage multiple project stakeholders and resolve site-related issues effectively.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project or Primavera, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel across project sites in Kerala.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience handling Government or Public Works projects.
- Knowledge of contract administration and project documentation.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and construction safety practices.
