We are hiring for a Senior Data Engineer (Azure Databricks Lakehouse) | Freelance Opportunity

Work Mode: Remote

Experience: 9-12 years

As a Senior Data Engineer, you'll play a key role in building and optimizing large-scale data pipelines on Azure Databricks Lakehouse. You'll design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT solutions that ingest, transform, and curate insurance data, including Policy, Claims, Premium, Exposure, and Reinsurance, into governed Delta Lake layers. Your work will directly support reporting, actuarial models, and advanced analytics while owning the complete lifecycle—from solution design and development to deployment and production support.

Mandatory Domain Experience:

Candidates must have Insurance or Financial Services experience,



preferably in the Property & Casualty (P&C;) domain, with hands-on experience handling Policy, Claims, Premium, Exposure, and Reinsurance data.
