Job Summary

MBW RCM is hiring experienced Medical Coders and Senior Medical Coders to join our growing team. If you have a minimum of 1 year of medical coding experience and are looking for an exciting opportunity, we invite you to attend our walk-in interview.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and assign accurate medical codes based on clinical documentation.
- Ensure coding complies with ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, industry standards, and client-specific guidelines.
- Maintain high coding accuracy, quality, and productivity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve coding-related queries.

Required Experience

- Minimum 1 year of Medical Coding experience (mandatory).
- Hands-on experience in one or more of the following specialties:




- Evaluation & Management (E&M;)
- Denials
- Orthopedic Surgery
- IPDRG

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to coding quality.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
