- Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, estimates, and cost calculations.
- Check drawings and calculate material and work quantities.
- Prepare rate analysis and compare vendor quotations.
- Track project quantities and variations.
- Prepare client bills, RA bills, and subcontractor bills.
- Verify measurements and maintain measurement records.
- Monitor project costs and identify quantity/cost variations.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, vendors, subcontractors, and clients.
- Follow up on project requirements, materials, drawings, approvals, and site activities.
- Track project progress against planned schedules.
- Coordinate material procurement and delivery with the site team.
- Follow up on pending works, approvals, POs, invoices, and payments.
- Prepare daily/weekly project status updates.
