Job Summary

Novatrix Design Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative, result-oriented, and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to strengthen our online presence and generate quality business leads. The ideal candidate should have expertise in social media management, SEO, content creation, lead generation, and digital marketing campaigns to support the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.

* Manage all social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X (Twitter).

* Plan, create, and publish engaging content such as posts, blogs, reels, videos, and email campaigns.

* Write SEO-friendly website content, blogs, social media captions, and marketing copy.

* Optimize the company website for SEO to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.

* Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO activities.

* Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

* Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.

* Generate and nurture quality B2B leads through digital marketing channels.

* Manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation.

* Coordinate with the sales and design teams to support lead conversion.

* Analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other marketing tools.

* Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

* Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, and best practices.

Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of SEO (On-page,



Off-page & Technical SEO)

* Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Management

* Content Writing and Copywriting skills

* Lead Generation strategies for B2B business

* Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management

* Google Analytics & Google Search Console

* Email Marketing and CRM management

* Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools

* Excellent communication and analytical skills

* Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field.

* Digital Marketing Certification is preferred.

* 3–6 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing.

* Experience in the Commercial Interior, Architecture, Construction, or Real Estate industry will be an added advantage.
