Job Description

Candidates need to receive calls of customers that will be related to computer software issues of Window & Mac.

candidat eneed to trouble shoot issues like anti-virus / pop up calls & other software issues

Qualifications

Candidate should possess excellent oral & written communiction

The person must have sales exp. in an International BPO

Ready to work in Night Shift

Must be a self starter

Responsible to convert inbound calls into sales providing basic technical support
