Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Sourcing: Source and hire project managers, site engineers, supervisors, and skilled or unskilled blue-collar labor
- Onboarding & Administration: Handle joining formalities, maintain attendance records, and manage daily HR paperwork.
- Payroll & Compliance: Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure adherence to construction-specific labor regulations like PF/ESI norms.
- Worker Relations: Resolve site-level grievances, manage contractor deployment, and support safety policy implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 2- 5 years in HR recruitment, preferably within the infrastructure or construction sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and basic HR software or databases.
- Soft Skills: Solid communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
