Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and maintain high-performance, quality, and responsive native android applications
- Able to write reusable and reliable java code (Kotlin is optional) and ship new features
- Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
- Identifying bottlenecks and fixing bugs
- Work with outside data sources and APIs
- Unit test code for robustness and improving application performance

Experience:

- Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screens
- Valuable knowledge of Android life cycle method usage
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
- Strong knowledge of design principles of Android UI design, patterns, and best practices




- Familiarity with the use of additional features like Camera, Bluetooth, and Location services
- Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- Familiarity with Firebase integration and push notifications
- Proficient understanding of code version control tools, such as Git
- Better understanding on integrating and use of third party libraries
- Great knowledge on SQLite and Room data base
- Ability to work with team

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s with related subject
