We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Presales Executive to manage inbound and outbound calls, generate qualified leads, and schedule site visits for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for customer engagement in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities :
* Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
* Explain project details, pricing, and offers to potential buyers.
* Qualify leads and maintain an updated customer database.
* Schedule and coordinate site visits for the sales team.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and site visit targets.
