Key Responsibilities Patient Interaction

- Welcome patients and visitors in a professional, courteous, and empathetic manner.
- Handle walk-in, telephone, email, WhatsApp, and online inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about IVF services, consultations, treatment processes, and appointments.
- Assist current patients with registration and documentation.

Appointment & Patient Coordination

- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and manage appointments for consultants and diagnostic services.
- Coordinate patient visits with doctors, nurses, embryologists, and laboratory staff.
- Send appointment reminders and follow-up communications.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and minimize waiting times.

Customer Service

- Address patient concerns, complaints, and feedback professionally and escalate issues when necessary.




- Maintain a positive patient experience by providing timely support throughout the treatment journey.
- Educate patients about clinic policies, required documents, and payment procedures.

Administrative Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the Hospital Information System (HIS) or CRM.
- Coordinate with billing and accounts for consultation fees and payment confirmations.
- Prepare daily reports on appointments, inquiries, and patient follow-ups.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information and comply with data privacy regulations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
