Experience: 3 to 10 years

Key Skills: Azure DevOps, Jira, TFS, Estimation Techniques, Bug Reviews, DSM, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Retrospective, Ceremonies

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Product Managers in prioritizing, developing, and managing the product roadmap
- Lead vital activities such as sprint reviews, planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Ensure all team members understand the processes in order to achieve reliable and satisfactory delivery
- Perform Agile coaching, facilitation, and support to all team members
- Build an environment that allows the engineering team to excel
- Establish a roadmap to measure team success and cycle time

- Ability to motivate team members to focus on the bigger picture,



and prioritize team results over individual results
- Experience in planning, prioritizing, and working in an agile environment
- Good knowledge of agile frameworks and experience with using Agile tools to inform and provide feedback
- Ability to think out of the box with a can-do attitude to get things done efficiently
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts and make them easy to comprehend
- Must be proactive, resilient with solid leadership skills
- Should be Certified CSM/CSPO
