- Oversee civil site engineering activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Manage construction projects from planning to execution, including labor management and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems and optimize project outcomes.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 1-15 years of experience in civil site engineering or related field (building construction).
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil or relevant discipline.
- Robust understanding of civil construction, civil engineering principles, and building codes.
- Proficiency in civil project management software tools (e.g., Primavera) is an added advantage.
