- Candidate with PGD in Career Counselling Preferred
- Excellent Communications & Sales Skills
- Candidates with 2 + years’ experience in the service industry will be preferred
- Should have good Geographical Knowledge
Responsibilities and Duties:.
- Cold Calling and following up with prospective clients.
- Counselling them for various courses/ countries.
- Provide consultation with a high level of professionalism in person and through online channels.
- Act as the single point of contact for clients with respect to queries and live cases.
- To ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct.
- Keeping a follow-up on Mature leads and onboard them.
