Job description:

ARB Accessories Pvt. Ltd. is a leading importer and supplier of Battery Management Systems (BMS), EV chargers, lithium battery components, and testing machines. We are expanding our digital presence and seeking a energetic E-Commerce Executive to manage our online sales operations and product listings across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, company website, etc.).

Optimize product titles, descriptions, and images to improve visibility and sales.

Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and dispatch.

Monitor and manage inventory levels across all platforms.

Handle customer queries, returns, and reviews professionally.

Plan and execute online promotions, offers, and ad campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.

Track daily sales, generate reports, and analyze performance metrics.

Research competitors and suggest strategies for product positioning and price optimization.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing,



or a related field.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online sales.

Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, IndiaMART, etc.

Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.

Good understanding of digital marketing and SEO basics.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.
