Role Overview

We're looking for a Senior Copywriter who can go beyond writing — someone who leads creative thinking,

mentors junior writers, and takes ownership of brand narratives across multiple client accounts. If you can

balance big ideas with sharp execution, and inspire a team while doing it, this role is for you.

Job Responsibilities

l Lead campaign ideation and creative strategy across multiple client accounts on a monthly basis.

l Develop a deep understanding of each client's product/service, target audience, and core problem being

solved.

l Write compelling, on-brand copy across formats — social media, digital ads, emailers, scripts, and long-form

content.





l Translate campaign objectives into creative communication strategies that drive results.

l Ensure all copy strictly adheres to brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.

l Review, edit, and fact-check content produced by junior copywriters; provide constructive, growth-oriented

feedback.

l Mentor junior team members and create a culture of creative confidence and ideation.

l Stay ahead of media trends, platform shifts, and cultural moments to bring fresh, relevant ideas to clients.

l Confidently present and pitch creative concepts to clients; push back thoughtfully and guide them toward

better ideas.

l Collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and account managers to ensure cohesive campaign

execution.

Requirements

l 3–5 years of copywriting experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency setting.

l Strong portfolio demonstrating range — across brands, formats, and tones.

l Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi is a plus.

l Proven ability to lead ideation sessions and present ideas with clarity and confidence.

l Experience mentoring or reviewing work of junior writers.

l Sharp understanding of digital platforms — Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, Google, and beyond.

l High ownership mindset with strong time management and deadline adherence.

l Ability to handle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously without compromising quality.

Good to Have

l Experience writing scripts for video/reels/brand films.

l Familiarity with SEO content principles.

l Exposure to working with performance marketing campaigns (ad copies, A/B testing).
