Job Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor the MVR (Mechanical Vapor Recompression) plant safely and efficiently.
- Record hourly process parameters such as temperature, pressure, vacuum, flow, and motor load.
- Monitor feed, condensate, and concentrate quality.
- Ensure smooth plant startup, shutdown, and normal operation.
- Identify operational abnormalities and report them to the supervisor.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Maintain daily log sheets and production records.
- Follow all safety procedures and company SOPs.
- Perform routine housekeeping and ensure the work area remains clean.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of MVR, Evaporator, ETP, or ZLD systems.
- Understanding of pumps, valves, heat exchangers, and process instrumentation.




- Ability to troubleshoot basic operational issues.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
