We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Manager – Factory Operations to lead and optimize our manufacturing operations while ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance across all functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage end-to-end factory operations
- Ensure smooth production planning, execution, and timely delivery
- Monitor productivity, quality standards, and regulatory compliance
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including production, quality, stores, maintenance, and administration
- Drive operational excellence, cost control, and process improvements
- Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions where required
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality,



and GMP standards
- Support business growth through efficient resource utilization and operational planning

Requirements

- Graduation (Management qualification preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in factory or manufacturing operations
- Experience in Pharma, Ayurveda, FMCG, or related manufacturing industries
- Strong exposure to operations management, production planning, and administration
- Excellent leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
- Ability to drive performance and operational efficiency
