Key Responsibilities

- Receive, verify, stack, and issue construction materials such as pipes & fittings, cement, steel, electrical/mechanical items, and consumables as per project requirements.
- Maintain accurate stock registers, GRNs, issue slips, and inventory reports both manually and in ERP systems.
- Ensure all received materials meet specifications, quality standards, approved vendor requirements, project BOQ, and client standards.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Coordinate with site engineers, the purchase department, and vendors to ensure timely material availability and maintain minimum stock levels.
- Maintain safe, secure, and organized storage practices for all materials including cement, pipes, valves, chemicals, tools, etc.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly stock/reconciliation reports to RO/HO.
- Manage receipt, storage, and issue of diesel/petrol for vehicles, DG sets, and machinery.




- Maintain fuel registers, issue slips, and vehicle logbooks with operator signatures.
- Identify slow-moving, non-moving, and excess stock; prevent pilferage, misuse, and material wastage.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal practices in compliance with company safety policies and statutory regulations.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of construction material handling and inventory management
- Basic ERP/computer knowledge
- Positive coordination and reporting skills
- Ability to maintain records accurately
- Experience in construction/project site stores preferred

Qualification: Any Degree

Salary: As per industry standards

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
