Key Responsibilities

- Research emerging technologies, IT trends, and industry best practices.
- Evaluate new software, hardware, AI tools, and digital solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies and prepare technology evaluation reports.
- Develop and test proof-of-concept (POC) projects.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation.
- Collaborate with departments to understand technology requirements.
- Assist in implementing innovative IT solutions and pilot projects.
- Monitor advancements in cybersecurity, cloud computing, AI, IoT, and healthcare IT.
- Prepare presentations, documentation, and reports on research findings.
- Coordinate with vendors, startups, and technology partners.




- Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and data security standards.
- Provide technical support and training for newly implemented technologies.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's degree or relevant certifications (Google, Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, CompTIA, or equivalent).

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in IT research, innovation, digital transformation, or technology implementation. Freshers can also apply.
- Experience in healthcare or educational institutions is preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Knowledge of AI, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, IoT, Data Analytics, and Automation.
- Familiarity with programming/scripting languages (Python, Java, SQL, etc.) is desirable.
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
