We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Control Engineer for auto parts industry in Mohali.

Qualification : Dip/Deg ( Mech)

Experience : 5-7 year

Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards.
- Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Lead internal quality audits and support external customer and certification audits.
- Monitor quality performance using statistical tools and prepare quality reports.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, procurement, and maintenance teams to improve product quality.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Train and mentor QC inspectors and junior quality engineers.
- Manage calibration of inspection and testing equipment.
- Analyze quality data and recommend process improvements to reduce defects and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
