We are seeking a passionate and experienced MBA Interior Design Faculty to teach and mentor students in Interior Design and Design Management. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background, relevant industry experience, and the ability to deliver engaging lectures while guiding students in design projects, research, and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver lectures on Interior Design, Design Management, Project Management, and related subjects.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Mentor students in academic projects, dissertations, and portfolio development.
- Conduct practical sessions, workshops, and industry-oriented learning activities.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, presentations, and examinations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in interior design, materials, sustainability, and design technologies.
- Participate in curriculum development and academic planning.
- Support student internships, placements, and industry collaborations.
- Organize seminars, guest lectures, design exhibitions, and academic events.
- Contribute to research, publications, and faculty development initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- MBA in Interior Design, Design Management, or a related specialization.




- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a relevant discipline.
- Ph.D./NET/SET (Preferred).

Experience

- 2–5 years of teaching experience in Interior Design or Design Management.
- Industry experience in residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, or workspace design is preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Interior Design principles and Design Management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to mentor students and manage classroom activities effectively.
- Knowledge of project management, space planning, materials, furniture, and interior construction.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar tools is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in curriculum development and academic coordination.
- Research publications or academic contributions.
- Industry networking and placement support.
- Experience conducting workshops, seminars, and faculty development programs.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
