Aaura Adworks is a Business Growth Agency that helps businesses scale through branding, marketing, lead generation, business strategy, automation, and growth consulting. We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate who enjoys interacting with people and converting opportunities into long-term client relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and outbound outreach.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business solutions.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Follow up consistently with leads to maximize conversions.
- Negotiate pricing and service proposals professionally.
- Maintain accurate lead records and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong cold calling and lead generation abilities.




- Good negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
- Confidence in handling client conversations and objections.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software is an added advantage.

Language Requirements

Candidates should be able to communicate effectively in:

- Kannada
- English
- Hindi

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior sales or business development experience will be preferred.
