Qualification:
Graduate/ Diploma in Architecture, Engineering or related discipline with formal BIM/ Revit training.
Key Skills:
BIM modeling and coordination, Revit, multi-disciplinary coordination, drawings and documentation, clash detection and resolution, BEP compliance, Revit family creation, quantity extraction, consultant coordination, automation, workflow optimization.
Experience: 3-5 years in BIM modeling and coordination.
Description:
Create, coordinate, and review high-quality BIM models and drawings across project stages. Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to ensure accurate, clash-free, and timely outputs. Implement project-specific BIM standards in line with the BIM Execution Plan. Track and resolve clashes, support model-based quantity extraction, and assist teams through automation and workflow optimization.
