Job Description:–

Key Responsibilities:

- Application Development:

o Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce Platform utilizing LWC, Apex, and Experience Cloud.

o Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications, components, and integrations.

o Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to best practices and coding standards.

- Experience Cloud:

o Develop and maintain Experience Cloud sites, ensuring a seamless user experience and alignment with business requirements.

o Customize Experience Cloud pages and components to provide a robust user interface.

- Salesforce Platform customization:

o Customize and configure Salesforce Platform to meet business needs, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and flows, Apex, Batch Apex, etc.

o Implement and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud features such as Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, and Reports/Dashboards.

o Implement and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud features such as Case Mangement using different channels, Knowledge Management, Omni-Channel, etc.

- Integration:

o Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs and middleware.

o Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues as they arise.

- Collaboration and Communication:

o Work closely with business analysts, project managers,



and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

o Provide technical guidance and support to other team members and stakeholders.

o Participate in Agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

- Testing and Deployment:

o Perform unit testing, integration testing, and Code Reviews to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.

o Deploy changes to production environments following established change management processes.

Qualifications:

- Education:

o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience:

o Proven experience (4+ years) as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, LWC, Apex, and strong Salesforce Platform concepts

o Robust understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.

o Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques, such as REST/SOAP APIs.

- Skills:

o Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

o Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Certifications:

- Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Experience Cloud certifications are required.

- Salesforce Sales Cloud/Service Cloud Consultant certification is a plus.
