Job Profile :

As a Hydrotest Lead you will be a part of pre commissioning team responsible for hydrotesting activity for plant piping & flow line & ensure there readiness for commissioning. Main Job Responsibilities are :

- Markup P&ID;

- Preparation test pack

- Site planning and execution, pressure testing, drying, nitrogen purging etc.

- Meeting with client & Site coordination, material coordinator.

- Supervising Main line Hydrotest Planning Control and Supervision of all activities like Test Pack and Test Equipment preparation

- Execution of activities like , Cleaning, Gauging, Water filling , Pressurizing , Leak Test ,Dewatering ,Drying etc of Pipeline in compliance with Project specification ,International codes and Project HSE Plan

- Maintaining of Hydrostatic Test , Instruments & Equipment

- Performing Pre/Post Hydrostatic test ,Mainline Hydrostatic test , & Maintenance Activity

- Arrangement of Hydrotest material and Equipment , spare mgmt. for breakdown maintenance so avoid down time during Hydrotest work

- Preparation of main line Hydro Testing ,Pre Testing ,Post testing ,Swabbing ,Drying ,Testing Equipment ,Pre Commissiong procedure form different Header Fabrication as per client & Procedure





- Individually Handled all the Documents work like preparing reports, entry in system etc

- Dealing with client and consultant ,Co ordination with HO Client specification,

- Review Hydrotest job procedure such as Pre test .Post test ,Mainline Swabbing, Drying procedure with international

- Preparation of Elevation Profile Hydrotest, Hydrotest Header, calibration of Hydrotest Instruments ,Probe installation

- Individually Conducted Main line Hydrotest , Planning ,Control,and Supervision of all activities like Test Pack and Test Equipment preparation

- Dealing with client and consultant ,Co ordination with HO Client specification,

- Review Hydrotest job procedure such as Pre test .Post test ,Mainline Swabbing, Drying procedure with international

- Preparation of Elevation Profile Hydrotest ,Hydrotest Header,calibration of Hydrotest Instruments ,Probe installation ,Thermal stabilization ,Pressurization , Air Volume Calculation ,Hydrotest Calculation .Dewatering & Swabbing .knowledge of Hydrostatic testing Pre commissioning & Commissioning

Candidate Profile :

Candidate should have 15 to 20 yrs experience in hydrotesting, Test pack & P&ID; Markup. Qualification should BTech/ BE.or Diploma Mechanical
