We are looking for a Site Supervisor (Civil) Facade to oversee and manage day-to-day exterior project activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in supervising exterior works, coordinating with teams, and ensuring timely completion of projects with quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise construction projects/site from inception to completion
- Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Coordinate with Fabricators, subcontractors, engineers, and architects to ensure project success
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
- Prepare progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders
- Resolve site issues and coordinate with clients, designers, and project teams.
- Coordinate material delivery and site requirements.
- Monitor work progress and quality standards on-site and ensure timely project completion

Qualifications





- Minimum 0-2 Years experience in Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Façade work, or related field
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Autocad
- Proficiency in facade exterior works including ACP and glass works.
- Experience in managing civil projects
- Strong blueprint reading skills to interpret project requirements accurately
- Knowledge of construction site operations and safety protocols
- Ability to lead a team effectively and resolve issues efficiently

Additional Requirement

Candidate must have a two-wheeler for site visits
