Qualification: B.Com Graduate

Experience: 0 – 6 Months (Freshers with knowledge of Tally Prime can apply)

Employment Type: Full-time, Fresher

Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our accounting operations, billing processes, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should possess basic accounting knowledge, be familiar with Tally Prime and MS Office, and have good communication skills to coordinate with customers and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

- Perform day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime.
- Record purchase, sales, receipts, and payment transactions.
- Prepare and manage customer billing and invoicing.
- Assist with GST and TDS-related activities.
- Support bank reconciliation and preparation of basic financial reports.
- Maintain invoices, vouchers, and accounting records.
- Follow up on pending payments and outstanding invoices.

Customer & Administrative Support





- Handle customer and vendor calls professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp and email.
- Draft, send, and follow up on emails related to quotations, invoices, and payments.
- Coordinate with customers regarding quotations, invoices, and payment status.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files and records.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation for audits and future reference.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative and office support activities.

Requirements

- B.Com Graduate.
- Basic knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, and TDS.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities.
