- Carry out repair and maintenance of all machines in the parenteral manufacturing and aseptic areas. - Operate all equipment in the parenteral manufacturing area, including PFS filling, vial and ampoule filling, Autoclave, DHS, TS, and all compounding vessels. - Monitor and record in-process parameters such as temperature, RH, and DP at defined intervals as per MMDI and SOPs. - Ensure aseptic operations across all production lines. - Operate and oversee processes in the aseptic area, including compounding activities. - Handle vial and ampoule washing, stoppering, sealing, and labeling operations. - Operate lyophilizers and ensure smooth functioning of all compounding vessels in the manufacturing area. - Ensure all documentation is maintained in compliance with cGMP requirements. - Act as department training coordinator for ensuring training compliance. - Possess sound technical knowledge of all equipment and manage manpower allocation as per shift requirements. - Ensure proper execution of compounding and dispensing activities in alignment with SOPs and batch requirements.
