We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and support hiring activities across various roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand hiring requirements from clients/hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Shortlist candidates and coordinate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates and collect interview feedback.
- Manage offer rollout, salary negotiation, and joining formalities.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
Requirements
- MBA Degree in HR.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in and job portals is preferred.

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Performance Incentives.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
