Job Summary:
We are looking for a Project Development Engineer to plan, coordinate, and execute engineering projects from concept through completion. The role involves technical design, project planning, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop project plans, timelines, and technical specifications
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, and operations
- Prepare and review engineering designs, drawings, and documentation
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality,



and regulatory standards
- Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical)
- 1-3 years of experience in project engineering or development
- Technical expertise
- Willing to travel
- Experience in the pump / motor manufacturing or water treatment industry is a plus
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
