Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the senior management team in driving growth.

Responsibilities:

- Identify potential clients who require IT services such as software development, web development, or technical solutions.
- Generate leads through online research, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other platforms.
- Communicate with potential clients to understand their business requirements.
- Assist in preparing proposals and coordinating with the technical team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and support the conversion process.
- Maintain records of leads and client interactions in CRM or tracking sheets.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline (Freshers are encouraged to apply).




- Interest in business development, client communication, and IT services.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Comfortable with flexible timings.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms (Zoom/Google Meet/MS Teams).
