Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Technical Lead with expertise in PHP and Python technologies to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, AI-driven, and microservices-based applications for global clients on the PACE-OS platform.

The candidate should possess strong technical leadership capabilities, hands-on development experience, and expertise in scalable architecture, RESTful APIs, database optimization,



and modern software engineering practices. This role involves mentoring development teams, driving technical excellence, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders to achieve product goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications and microservices.
- Develop intelligent, AI-driven engineering solutions from scratch aligned with business objectives.
- Mentor and guide development teams across PHP and Python technologies.
- Work on high-level and low-level product designs, technical roadmaps, and solution architecture.
- Design and develop server-side components, APIs, and backend systems.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, best development practices, and process adherence.
- Implement and promote Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.
- Drive the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including concept, architecture, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
- Lead Agile/Scrum teams and manage sprint planning, estimations, and timely deliveries.
- Identify technical risks and provide mitigation strategies.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and high traffic environments.




- Ensure database scalability and system reliability for enterprise-grade applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps.
- Monitor and improve code quality metrics using tools like SonarQube.

- Expertise in microservices-based architecture supporting high traffic and large payloads.
- Strong leadership and mentoring experience managing technical teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passion for learning new technologies, domains, and frameworks.
