Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided leads.
- Briefly explain various educational programs, courses, and admission processes.
- Understand student requirements and schedule counseling sessions with academic advisors.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups in the system/CRM.
- Build positive relationships with candidates through polite and persuasive communication.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: High School Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Kannada (knowing additional languages like Hindi or Telugu is a plus).
- Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, and persuasive speaking abilities.
- Experience: Open to both Freshers and Experienced candidates (Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service in the education sector is an advantage).
