Job Description

- Strong communication skills, technical skills, understanding of engineering processes and methodology, and analytical skills
- Excellent Verbal & Written communication skills – solid Technical skills
- Excellent analytical skills and strong problem solving capability

- Responsible for implementing process developments and product improvements
- Site visits and demo representation
- Work with the Quality Engineers to determine the root cause of customer call-outs or defects and place countermeasures in place to prevent defect from being shipped to customer again
