Position

Tour Sales Coordinator

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in tour sales or a travel agency.

Responsibilities

Handle domestic and international tour enquiries.

Prepare quotations and customized itineraries.

Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and transport providers.

Provide excellent customer support before and after travel.

Requirements.

Positive communication skills in English and Malayalam.

Knowledge of travel booking portals (TBO, TripJack, Akbar, etc.) is preferred.

Basic computer and MS Office skills.

Strong customer service and sales mindset.

Kochi, Kerala

Salary 17000-18000 with incentive
