Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated, ambitious students to join our team as Sales & Outreach Interns. This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential, designed for self-starters who want to gain real-world sales experience while earning competitive commissions.

This is a 100% remote position with flexible hours, perfect for students looking to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and business development.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound outreach to potential clients via LinkedIn, Discord, Email, and other platforms
- Send personalized messages using provided templates and scripts
- Follow up with interested prospects and nurture leads
- Schedule discovery calls with warm leads
- Track all activities, leads, and conversions in Google Sheets
- Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions
- Meet weekly/monthly outreach targets

Compensation Structure (Commission-Based):

This is a performance-based role with the following compensation:

- ₹500 per qualified lead (form filled by prospect)
- ₹2,000 per closed client (when client signs and pays)
- Performance bonuses for top performers

Earning Potential:

- Conservative estimate (2 clients/month): ₹4,000/month
- Average performer (5 clients/month): ₹10,000/month
- Top performers (10+ clients/month): ₹20,000+/month





There is no cap on commissions. Your earnings are directly tied to your performance.

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled in college/university (any year, any stream)
- Age: 18-24 years

- Minimum 3-4 hours/day availability
- Commitment to minimum 3-month internship
