Role: Application Support Intern

Location: Thane, MAH

Work time: 9.30 to 6

Duration: 6 months

. Monitor and Manage OLTP applications.

. Troubleshoot and resolve, issues related to application including bugs and system failures.

. Provide real-time support to users and stakeholders by resolving their technical queries.

. Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, business users, project managers and other engineers to achieve elegant solutions.

What you’ll need to bring:

. Bachelors or Masters Degree – Engineering / Computer Science / B.Tech / M.Tech / B.ScIT / M.ScIT / BE / ME / BCA / MCA.

. Application Support and Technical Support knowledge.

.



Robust analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.

. Experience with trading platforms and financial services.

. Very strong knowledge with SQL.

. Hands-on with scripting languages - preferably Python but bash will also do.

. Hands-on AWS skills, techies with certifications from AWS are particularly encouraged to apply - AWS API Gateway, Lambda, EC2, RDS, SQS, S3, CloudWatch.

. Battle-tested production monitoring knowledge in a D2C environment with at least 40-50k users daily.

. Excellent communication skills.

. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
