Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and versatile 3D Generalist to join our production team. This role requires hands-on expertise across the 3D pipeline—from modeling and texturing to lighting and rendering. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, creative, and capable of delivering high-quality visuals aligned with Triland’s artistic standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create high-quality 3D assets (models, textures, environments, props) for animation and digital content
- Perform lighting, shading, and rendering for final output
- Collaborate closely with storyboard artists, animators, and production teams
- Support basic rigging and animation tasks when required
- Ensure assets meet production and pipeline requirements
- Optimize scenes for efficient rendering and performance
- Maintain consistency in style, quality, and visual storytelling

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3–5 years of experience in a 3D Generalist role (Animation / Studio environment preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Blender
- Solid understanding of modeling, UV mapping, texturing, lighting,



and rendering
- Experience with rendering engines like Arnold, V-Ray, or Cycles
- Basic knowledge of rigging and animation workflows
- Good artistic sense of lighting, composition, and color theory
- Ability to work under deadlines in a production-driven setting

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in animation studios or production pipelines
- Knowledge of tools like ZBrush, Substance Painter, or Unreal Engine
- Understanding of VFX workflows or real-time rendering

Soft Skills:

- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Creative thinking with attention to detail
- Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
- Passion for animation and visual storytelling

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
